Returns
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- We pay for return shipping.
- No fees at all when it is our fault — arrived damaged, wrong item, not as described. You get the full amount back.
- Some items cannot be returned. Those are marked on the product page.
Cancelling an order
- Cancel any time before we start and 100% is refunded.
Reviews
- Only customers who bought the item can review it.
- You can review a purchase at any time after delivery.
- Reviews appear straight away; some are held for a check.
These are the terms in force now. Every order is judged by the terms that applied when it was placed.
